Description: In a new convenient training room the individual approach is warranted by a small group size of a maximum of ten people. There is state-of-the-art equipment for training and medical checking in the new location. In a new changing room everyone has the possibility to enjoy the space of having a cup of coffee, to read the women’s magazine or just to have a chat with friends. It is good to relax in the shower and infrared sauna after a good workout! Mothers are able to focus on shaping while their children are having fun in our baby-corner. All instructors are experienced and are highly educated. The instructors constantly enhance their skills by participating in various international workshops, seminars and forums.
